Kathy Phillips has been a licensed Missouri real estate agent since early 2015, working mostly in Scotland and Clark Counties. She has primarily lived in rural Scotland County, MO and has been in local community organizations such as being a Girl Scout leader, a 4-H leader, a FFA helper and a Livestock Superintendent.
